Villa Slavica

The new built Villa Slavica is situated in the centre of Ičići, near the marina and just 150m away from the beach. The beach has a blue flag, because of its crystal clear water and environment, it is also the biggest beach at the Riviera of Opatija. This very beach offers many interesting things for its guests: beach volleyball, parasailing, coffee bars, restaurants, playgrounds for children. Those guests who want to spend a more active holiday will find the following very interesting: tennis court, sailing, diving and surfing are just a few of the water sports, which you can enjoy in Ičići. The Učka Mountain (1400 above sea level) is located near the villa and the hill sides of its nature park are great for walks, climbing, jogging, cycling, paragliding and kiting. We have our own parking spots with beautiful flower gardens and terraces. Guests can reach the beautiful Opatija if they take a walk along the 12km long sea promenade, which is known as the Lungo Mare and stretches from Volosko to Lovran. The wonderful sounds of birds singing, the aroma of laurel, lavender and rosemary, the sea are just a few things that the guests will find here. There is a beautiful view from our balconies onto the biggest island Krk and nearby are the other islands, which the guests can visit.
