Il parco Angiolina - Villa Angiolina

L’edificio di Villa Angiolina ha segnato l’inizio del turismo nello sviluppo storico d’Abbazia. Prima della costruzione della Villa nel 1844 (in realta la villa fu costruita sulle mura di un vecchio edificio, propieta` del barone Haller von Hallerstein), Abbazia era un’insediamento relativamente grande con all’incirca 120 case, raggruppate per lo piu` sul terreno distante dal mare e dalla costa. L’insediamento era principalmente orientato sulla pesca e sulle attivita` marinaie.
