A Trunkful of Everything (Personal Traveling Inventory as a Reflection of Social Changes)

This is an exhibition about personal traveling inventory, all the things we carry with us on a trip. From late 19th century hat cases and travel mustache grooming kits, through discounts cards from the 1930s, to polka-dotted plastic travel coffee cups from 1968 – what take on a trip is a reflection of what is considered practical, important or trendy at the time.
