Fiera del Monte Maggiore

Alla Fiera del Monte Maggiore sul monte piu alto del Quarnero accorrono regolarmente piu di 10.000 visitatori che approfittano dell'offerta dei prodotti autoctoni dei produttori locali, arricchita da un ottimo programma gastronomico e d'intrattenimento, ideato per presentare l'autentico stile di vita dei luoghi circostanti. Alla fiera che si tiene sul valico Poklon, si presentano le piccole aziende a conduzione familiare, provenienti dai luoghi che gravitano attorno al monte Učka, come pure le associazioni culturali che s'impegnano per la salvaguardia del ricco patrimonio culturale di questi luoghi. Particolarmente interessante per i bambini ma anche per gli adulti e il recinto nel quale si possono osservare le specie animali originali delle zone istriana e quarnerina.

8th Učka’s Fair

Učka Nature Park Public Institution is organizing the 8th Učka’s Fair at Poklon, on Sunday the 7th September 2014, from 10 am till 8 pm.
Come and buy traditional regional products from people who produce them!

Opening of Opatija mountaineering beltway

On the 29th March will officially open the Opatija mountaineering beltway. Gathering of all participants is scheduled at 8 am in the parking lot at the mountain lodge Poklon, and after opening, are planned hiking tours which would begin in 10 hours.

The shortest tour lasts three hours (Poklon - Church tip - Poklon - Rečina - Waterfall Rečina - ex Resort Ina - Poklon).

Medium-long tour will last four hours (Poklon - vojak - Plas - Rečina - Waterfall Rečina - ex Resort Ina - Poklon), while the third and longest trip lasts five hours (Poklon - Eagles rock - Brložnik - Church tip - Poklon) .

Upon completion of the hiking tour in 16 hours is organized a lunch for all participants in the home of Poklon.

A Christmas Story at Učka Nature Park

Be a part of Christmas Story fairy tale, which will be held during Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon, and it will offer an abundance of entertainment and beautiful stories, first of all for the youngest.
