Hyperactive Kid is a Berlin based trio playing in a rather unconventional constellation. The bassless setup allowes saxophone, guitar and drums to go on other musical paths. Since 2003 Hyperactive Kid fuses different styles in music - Jazz with Rock, HipHop, Free Music, Drum & Bass and Modern/Contemporary Music. All the members contribute original compositions. Symphonic concert of Rijeka's Philharmonic Orchestra entitled "An Evening of Russian romantics" conducted under the guidance of renowned maestro Anton Nanut will be held on Tuesday, 13 January. Concert brings the composition of two exceptional composers, representatives of the Russian romantic music. Concerto for Piano and orchestra in C minor, No.2, op.18 by Sergei V. Rachmaninoff (1873-1943) and Sixth symphony in h minor, Op. 74, Pathetique by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky (1840-1893).The soloist will be young pianist Martina Filjak, one of the most promising talents from Croatia.
