ALPE-ADRIA PHILA 2011 is the 16th international stampexhibition, organized of the Working Group Alpe-Adria Phlately. The exhibition will be held in Opatija, Croatia from 14th to 17th April 2011 at Hotel Kvarner. FEPA granted ALPE-ADRIA PHILA 2011 support at hte FEPA Cogress in Antwerp April 2010.The exhibition offers 350 frames and all the FIP exhibition classes and additional the Open Class and the Picture Postcard class.
The exhibition qualify as a “Rang 1” a national exhibition.The annual FEPA Congress will be on Saturday 16th April in Villa Angiolina.
