"Opatija caterers' gold medals" & "Cookbooks and menus"

The exhibitions "Opatija caterers' gold medals" and "Cookbooks and menus" are presented in beautiful ambient of Ville Angiolina. This is an oportunity to see all of the awards which Opatija caterers won on the prestigious catering competitions all over the world.

The exhibition "Cookbooks and menus" is dedicated to cookbooks and menus from the private collection of Zlatko Puntijar, largest in Europe (editor, publisher and owner of the well known restaurant Old Puntijar in Zagreb), and from the holdings of Croatian museum of tourism.

The book "Free style cooking skill" written by F.J. Beutel, Opatija's most famous chef from the beginning of XX century will be presented as a part of exhibition.
Eghibitions will open Croatian minister of tourism Mr Damir Bajs.
